An alumnus from Cambodia (2015) has started partnering with a University students’ ministry in discipleship. There are about 16 students and most of them are non-believers. She is sharing her vision with her church leaders to get involved. At the moment she is doing 1on 1 discipleship together with a co-worker. She has also started a Bible Study group with a few ladies and although the group is still small, she has seen big changes in them. During July, she is arranging the Profession Development for 48 Cambodia staff and the focus is on Team Building, basic of Appreciation Inquiry, basic Finance Management, Personality Test, Child Safety Training, and reflections. Late in August, they will be focusing on behavior Management and personalities ethics.
